Keep in mind that we can only groom a certain number of pets each day. If you know
that your special friend will need to be groomed in a month or two, make your
appointment well in advance. It's always a good idea to reserve your next appointment
when you pick your pet up from grooming.
When making your reservation, please be honest on the condition of your pet’s coat.
It is SO important to maintain your pet’s coat, therefore do not neglect proper brushing
and combing for a month, just because you plan to make a grooming appointment.
A pet’s coat can get matted quickly if daily brushing is neglected.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you get your precious one here on time for their grooming
appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to groom them that day.
